Discover the Process

Surrogate Mexico will guide you every step of the way with transparency, dedication, and continuous support. Our process is designed to make you feel secure and informed, offering personalized care tailored to your needs.

Our Process Step-by-step

1. Initial Consultation and Planning

We discuss your needs and expectations to determine which of our surrogacy programs aligns with your goals and budget. During this session, we explain every aspect of the process to ensure all your questions are answered before moving forward.

2. Surrogate Selection and Matching

Thanks to our extensive database of pre-screened surrogates, we minimize waiting times. Each surrogate undergoes thorough medical, psychological, and socioeconomic evaluations to ensure they are fully prepared for the process. Matching is based on preferences, values, and compatibility, fostering a positive relationship throughout the journey.

3. Legal Framework and Agreement Signing

All contracts between intended parents and surrogates are signed in the presence of a notary, along with our legal team, ensuring protection for both parties. These agreements outline parental rights, financial responsibilities, and the required documentation for your baby.

4. Financing with an Escrow Account

Every financial transaction is managed through a secure escrow account, supervised by an external banking institution. This ensures timely payments in accordance with the notary-signed contract. From the start, you’ll receive a transparent breakdown of costs, free from hidden fees, ensuring the financial protection of all involved.

5. Medical Procedures

From embryo transfer to prenatal care and delivery, every procedure is monitored by assisted reproduction and maternal-fetal medicine experts. As part of Ingenes Institute, both the surrogate and baby receive priority care from a team of dedicated specialists, ensuring well-being and support at every step.

6. The Birth and Returning Home

We handle every detail of the birth, including hospital arrangements and the necessary legal documentation, allowing you to focus your energy on welcoming your baby. Typically, your baby’s stay in Mexico will range from one to three months (depending on Mexican state timelines) to ensure a smooth transition home.
Communication between the surrogate, your concierge, and you remains open throughout, providing updates and addressing any questions that may arise. Our team will support you every step of the way.
